Wilson Tan Wei Sheng graduated with a first class LL.B. (Hons) Degree from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle, United Kingdom in 2013. He was also awarded the Best Foreign Student Award (Law Faculty) from the University of Northumbria in the same year.

He started his pupillage with Rahmat Lim & Partners where he was involved in numerous property / real estate and real estate-related transactions including property acquisitions and divestment, contractual negotiations, due diligence exercises, commercial leasings and tenancies. His portfolio of responsibilities includes drafting sale and purchase agreements, lease and tenancy agreements, joint venture agreements and rendering advice to clients that include domestic and international investors, public listed and private corporations, real estate investment trusts and property developers.

Then, he joined Halizah Halim & Kim. His scope of practice included various aspects of sale, purchase and financing of commercial, residential and industrial properties and advice on property matters in general having advising both housing and property developers and property purchasers. Further, he attended to the legal needs of the various financial institutions and leading property developers in the Klang Valley and inevitably his works involved conducting liaisons with governmental authorities and agencies.

Wills And Probate Law

Before he commences his legal practice, he had also served in an established estate planning / will writing company in Malaysia, Rockwills Trustee Berhad, as a legal advisor taking charge of matters relating to probate, will-writing and the set-up of private trusts.

Throughout his practicing and non-practicing years, he is exposed and familiar with works related to probate / estate planning as well as property / real estate matters and it has always been his passion to help his clients in their will writing & estate planning needs and property related matters by providing sound and professional legal advice.

He is also conversant and fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and Cantonese.
